The rain is falling, the skies are gray, and the temperature is just high enough to make the cut — 35 degrees. That’s Dr. Keith’s threshold. Anything below that, he admits without shame, he’s driving. But anything 35 and above? He’s walking. And today, wrapped in a coat with his white doctor’s coat underneath and a hat to shield the drizzle, he’s out there once again.
Dr. Keith’s been consistent, save for the brutally cold mornings when temperatures dipped into the 20s. Even then, his rhythm only paused — never stopped. And now he’s back, rain or not, walking with purpose and calling others to do the same.
His message? Clear and urgent.
