Our newest partnership with the Society of St. Andrew, led by Pastor Sharon Wallace, is dedicated to fighting hunger and addressing food insecurity in our communities. As part of this collaboration, we recently conducted an on-site land review to assess available land for planting. This initiative will allow us to grow and harvest fresh produce, ensuring needy families can access nutritious food.

We are seeking essential equipment for planting, harvesting, and distribution to expand our farming capacity and maximize our impact. These resources will help streamline operations, allowing us to serve more families efficiently and effectively.

The Society of St. Andrew is a nationwide nonprofit organization with a volunteer-driven gleaning network that has profoundly impacted hunger relief efforts. In 2024 alone, the organization served over 10 million families, providing fresh produce, mixed groceries, beverages, clothing, hygiene items, school supplies, and resources for the unhoused.

With food insecurity rising, we request additional funding to purchase tractor-trailer loads of goods to support families facing hardship.

Addressing food insecurity is more than just providing meals—it is about creating long-term solutions that impact overall community well-being. Studies show that ensuring families access essential resources can help reduce crime rates, provide hope for struggling families, and create pathways for families to thrive. Through this partnership, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the fight against hunger.
